  16. Ok. I have just sent Ken Perlin an email asking for his fur algorithm.
  17. I did some work with him a number of years ago, and I know that he's
  18. the guy responsible for most of the really cool procedural textures
  19. that we use today, such as marble. He also is responsible for fur, and
  20. it was the best looking fur texture I have ever seen... better than
  21. that worn by aformentioned over-caffinated-corporate-sponsored-eskimo-eaters.

  23. If feasible, I will contemplate coding it as a plug-in for 4.0, but I
  24. have SERIOUS reservations about coding on the Amiga. As much as I love
  25. the machine.... :)
